Eat Any Time Snack Bars

Hey guys,

Howz it going? On several occasion I have suffered the embarrassment of a loud growling stomach in public. I am that kind of person who starts feeling hungry just after one hour of a huge meal. So, Eat Any Time just sent over some of their snack bars. Here is my review…

About Eat Any Time:-

The main idea behind the snack bars was to create something healthy as well as delicious to satisfy the hunger pangs in between meals. They realized that our snacking choices were very unhealthy (mostly deep-fried stuff) and they wanted to create some healthy –wholesome choices.

Their Story- (from their website)

“E.A.T. Bars Are Made From 100% Natural Ingredients. Each Bar Is Carefully Prepared Using Ingredients Which Offer A Blend Of Scrumptious Taste And Wholesome Nutrition.

They say experience is the best teacher and that is how we started with E.A.T.
Life, as we know it, is not easy but at the same time it is busy. Out in the big world trying to make our mark, fulfill our dreams we work hard and struggle every day. Me and my friend were two such people toiling day and night, often forgetting to eat on time, skipping our meals and bingeing on the junk. Before we realised we were sustaining ourselves on the junk food easily found at the stretch of the hand in every nook and corner of Mumbai.

Soon we began to feel the ill-effects of all the junk we lived on. We were fatigued, irksome, sluggish and unable to focus on things important to us. That is when my wife, who is nutritionist took matters in her hands. She made these wonderful nutrition bars from oats and other natural ingredients and wonder seeds. I started carrying it around with me, they were delightful and yummy and most importantly full of flavor they became our (me and my friend) savior and most importantly kept us healthy and wise.
We received a gift of health in that little power packed bar. A treasure we decided to share it with all. Thus evolved Eat Any Time (E.A.T.) BARS, so that health was available for all, at all times to simply by E.A.Ting!”

The Bars I received:-

I received a box of 4 snack bars, of different flavors. The packaging was nice and attractive. The bars had their ingredients and nutrition chart printed on them. Each bar is for Rs 50/-

My Opinion:-

E.A.T bars provide a healthy alternative to our wrong and unhealthy eating habits.

These bars are easy to carry in bag. TANGY ORANGE is my favourite flavour 🙂 Bambaiya chaat was mu not so favourite. I loved snacking on these bars while reading a book a sipping tea. They are also perfect to carry around in your purse. They are easily available on Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and other shopping websites.

So, hope I was able to help you find a good snack. Follow me on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM. Write to me at

Stuffed capsicum!( Bharwa ShimlaMirch)

Stuffed capsicum( bell peppers) is a main course dish that can be easily prepared by the most inexperienced cooks. I will teach you how to make stuffed capsicum Indian style( Bharwa ShimlaMirch). This is an easy and delicious recipe and you must try it.

– green capsicum- 250 gm
-3 large onions
– 2 tbsp cooking oil
For the stuffing:-
          3 large Boiled potatoes
          1 cup boiled peas
           Salt- 2 tsp
          Red chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
          Tumeric powder- 1 tsp
           Coriander powder- 2 tsp
          Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
          Cumin powder – 1 tsp
          Fennel seeds powder- 2 tsp
          Dried mango powder- 2 tsp
          Juice of half a lime
          Garam masala- 1 tsp

Preparation of the stuffing:-
– mash the boiled potatoes and peas.
– Add in all the powdered ingredients and juice of half a lime and mix everything together.
– The filling is ready keep it aside.

Preparation of the capsicum:-
– Wash the capsicum properly before slicing them in half.
– Remove the seeds and core of the capsicum to prepare a cavity for the stuffing.

– Fill the capsicum with the stuffing properly.

– Cut the onions into cubes.

– heat the oil in a pan.
– Once the oil in hot throw in the onions and sautĂ© them till they are soft.
– Once the onions turn translucent remove them from the pan.
– In the same pan carefully place the stuffed capsicum. Place the green shell of the capsicum facing downwards so that you don’t spill the filling.

– cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
– After 5 minutes remove the lid and throw in the cooked onions on the top of the capsicum.
– Cover and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
-After 10 minutes the capsicum must have cooked. Check the capsicum. If the capsicum is soft on touch it is cooked.
– Remove from flame and serve hot.
– This preparation can be eaten with Indian flat bread( roti or paratha) or it can be eaten separately as a main course dish.
