Makeup is love and life. I love get my hands on any good and new makeup product available to try. Deborah Milano is a well-known makeup brand and it is loved by people all over the world. They have all sorts of makeup available for eyes, lips, face and hands. They also have a huge range of makeup accessories. Now lets not waste time and get down to discussing the Deborah Milano products I got from a New U store.

1. Deborah Milano Love My Lashes Mascara Volume:-

I love mascaras. They are my lifeline, I can’t walk out of my house without slapping some mascara on. This mascara does wonders for my lashes. It is a voluminous mascara and will make your lashes look bigger and more glamorous. I have a lot of black mascaras and was getting bored with them so, tried this brown one and realised how brown compliments my skin tone better than the black one.

It comes enriched with natural and synthetic and acacia gum for proper adhesion. Furthermore, the wavy bristle tips help in even distribution. It is priced at Rs 450.

2. Deborah Milano Extra LipStick:-

We have all tried to achieve the perfect 3 D ombre lips and have failed  many times. This limited edition lipstick was designed to create the ultra cool trend. It comes in 12 shades and I am the proud owner of the shade number 10 Rouge Noir.

The lipstick comes with a sponge tip applicator which helps produces a three-dimensional matte look. It is a very pigmented lipstick in matte texture. Enriched with minerals and plant-based waxes, the advanced formula glides on easily and precisely, and will take you through the whole day. It is Priced at Rs 950

3. Deborah Milano 24 Ore  long-lasting lip pencil:-

Lip pencils are a must have for every women. I find lip pencils better than lipsticks as they are more handy and easier to use. The Deborah Milano 24ORE Long Lasting Lip Pencil comes in a retractable design. It is a non transferable, smudge-proof lip color.

These lip pencils come in 8 shades. I am going to swatch number 02 (Vivid Red) and number 04 (Pink Cyclamen) for you. They are priced at Rs 595 each.

MCAFFEINE CHOCO GLOW FACE PACK:-

Mcaffeine is a well known skin care brand. The normal packaging of this face pack is 50ml but this 25 ml pack was specially curated for Glamego box. The face pack contains Pure Cocoa, Argan Oil, Caffeine, Vitamin E, Coffee, Glycerine, Clay Base.

This is a clay based mask for oily skin. It smells of coffee and chocolates. This 25 ml jar is priced at Rs 359/-

KRONOKARE POLLUTION STOP FACE:- 

This anti pollution face spray. This spray is for all skin types and shields your face against pollution’s nano particles. This 30 ml spray worth Rs 495 was specially curated for Glamego box.

THE NATURE’S CO RADIANCE FACE CREAM:-

This Saffron radiance cream is specially curated for Glamego box. Nature’s Co is also a very trusted Skin care brand. This cream contains Saffron, Aloe Vera Extracts, Grape Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil, Wheatgerm oil, Almond Oil, Cream base.

The cream smells of saffron, it promotes natural fairness and youthful radiance by diminishing age spots and keeping fine lines at bay. This 25 ml is for Rs 550.

BELLA VOSTE ULTI-MATTE CHUBBY STICK:-

This is a lip crayon with silky and creamy texture. It has a satin matte finish. The chubby stick is very pigmented and does not bleed on lips. The best part is that these products are dermatologically tested.

The Shade I received is Hypnotic Rose 06 which is a pretty and bold red shade. The chubby stick is for Rs 499/-

My Opinion:-

This is such an affordable box. At just ₹ 399/- the value of the box is more than ₹1903/-. All the brands in this month’s box are trusted and famous brands. The contest where you can win vouchers worth 10,000 makes this month’s box even more special. This is India’s most affordable and best beauty subscription box.

New Launch – Lakme Absolute Lip Pout Matte Masaba Lips- ORANGE CANDY (Review and Swatches)

Lakme has recently collaborated with Masaba Gupta ( Fashion designer) to launch a new range of Lakme’s classic lip pout collection – Lakme Absolute Lip Pout Matte Masaba Lips. The collection includes 10 matte lipsticks. The collection screams Masaba’s signature with the candy prints and a mix of bright and nude colors. The price of the Lakme Absolute Lip Pout Matte Masaba Lips is Rs.750. The available shades in the collection are:-

1. Cherry Bite
2. Cotton Candy
3. Hot Bubble Pink
4. Hot Chocolate
5. Hot Pink Queen
6. Orange Candy
7. Roll A Cola
8. Smoky Red
9. Sugar n Spice
10. Caramel Toffee

Review And Swatches- ORANGE CANDY

The lipsticks shades are all very bright and attractive, so it was very hard to choose a shade. I wanted to try the texture of the lipstick before buying them all, therefore I ended up buying Orange Candy.

Packaging:-

The packaging is very bright, funky and attractive. The lipstick crayon comes in a plastic tube with a rotating retractor. 

Colour:-

As the name suggests Orange Candy is a bright ORANGE shade. 

Texture:-

The lipstick is named Lakme Absolute Lip Pouts Matte Masaba Lips but this is absolutely MISLEADING. The lipsticks are NOT matte, its more of a creme lipstick. It is also not waterproof or smudge-proof.

My Opinion:-

I wasn’t paid to write this review and its a totally honest opinion. It is very disappointing to see big brands collaborating with famous designers creating these highly advertised collections which are just lies and false claims. If I am paying 750 Rs for a matte lipstick, I expect to get a matte lipstick. This is a creme lipstick not a matte one. Also it doesn’t last that long and gets smudged easily.

• Available in vibrant 10 shades
• Available in a easy rotating retractable tube

Cons:-

• Not matte
• Not waterproof
• Not smudge-proof
• Not long lasting
• expensive
• smells weird
• Falsely advertised

To conclude I would like to say I am very much disappointed in the promotion campaign of the product and the product itself. It is not right for big brands to falsely advertise their products.
